Creating Social Impact

How GoodChain works

Brands put products on GoodChain and Pledge to Causes: A product identifier is applied to a product. This makes it possible to link provenance information and create a mechanism for rewarding consumers for verifying products with IMPACT points.
Consumers scan products and collect points: With every scan, more information is added to the record of the product journey. Consumers earn IMPACT points that are used to donate to charitable causes and that can also be used for rewards from the brand.
Causes receive donations and create social impact: IMPACT points are accumulated by participating causes. These points have an equivalent value in GCT which can be exchanged for cash.
Causes report details of their donation related activities: Consumers can see the proof of impact their participation in the GoodChain ecosystem has when causes document their donations funded projects.
